The hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices. The attention to detail in the rooms is impressive, with comfortable beds and chairs, ensuring a pleasant stay. The location, although in the middle of nowhere in an old industrial park, adds a unique charm and provides a quiet and peaceful atmosphere.

All was satisfactory.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The heated pool was a great perk, especially since I was able to go swimming on Christmas day. Additionally, the hotel's location was very convenient, as it was only 15-20 minutes away from Legoland and close to the freeways that led to other attractions. The room itself was extremely comfortable and enjoyable to be in. It was spacious and had a beautiful view of the river from the 5th floor. The staff members were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Getting to and from the hotel to Arrowhead for the Chiefs game was a breeze.

Great value and amazing sleep quality! The room was spacious, cozy, and spotless. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, I slept like a baby. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi and a continental breakfast to start the day right. The location is close to all the main attractions in the city, which was really convenient.

Stayed New Year's Eve and had a great experience. The beds were comfortable and clean, with fluffy pillows. The breakfast was delicious and had waffles, eggs, and a variety of fruit. The hotel is located near the highway and within a short distance to downtown attractions - very convenient. Best aspect: the staff was friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed.

The room décor could use updating, but it wasn't a deal-breaker. One negative aspect was that the hallway had a strong cigarette smell, but thankfully, our non-smoking room didn't have that issue.

The location of the hotel is convenient as it is near stadiums and some nice restaurants. Although it is situated in an industrial area, there are events going on nearby that add some liveliness to the surroundings.

The pool was described as gross and not suitable for swimming.
